LLC “Tehkisolservice” have implemented the installation of thermal insulation on a large capacity capacity of 85m3. The total surface area of the covered surface was 280 m2. The work took only six days, thanks to the high professionalism and experience of our employees. This isolation is aimed at preserving the temperature of the product and preventing crystallization, and as a consequence of saving money, due to reduced costs for its heating.

The company “TEHIZOLSERVIS” LLC has performed the thermal insulation of gas lines on the drying and drying line of ceramic tiles. The total volume of work made 1400m2 covered surface. As a thermal insulation, basalt molding companies of Rockwool, produced by the Republic of Poland, were used. As a protective coating, from mechanical damage, sheet aluminum was used. Thermal insulation was carried out to protect the personnel of the company from thermal burns and high temperature in the workplace, as well as to reduce heat losses.

The company TEHIZOLSERVIS Ltd. has started to manufacture protective covers from sheet metal for heat insulation of pipes, tanks and other technical equipment on request. Pipe casing (casing) is a collapsible metal casing, which is put on the coolant and provides protection from chemical and mechanical influences. The minimum diameter of the product is 80mm, the maximum diameter is unlimited. As a material for the manufacture of the skins, OOO TEHIZOLSERVIS uses galvanized or stainless steel. Standard sizes for galvanized casing does not exist, so all products are made to order.
